in the local elections and the results are starting
to come through from the counts. Roy Thomas and his new Labour Party
have won a landslide victory, taking more than half
the wards in the county. A notable result was
in the Corby East ward, where Sam Hagen,
now of the Anti-Corruption Party, but formerly of Labour, lost his seat. 27-year-old Hamza Alali
in the local elections and the results are starting
