DS HAMILTON:Yesterday we were
able to trace the vehicle we identified leaving Westhaven. It was found outside
an industrial building in Tooting where we found evidence
of bomb-making facilities. DI Youngblood? A booby trap detected at the bomb
factory was neutralised by EXPO, enabling a full forensic
examination of the evidence. This improvised detonator
was found at the location, typically associated
with suicide bombers. Which suggests it was
an Islamist bomb factory. Do we have any names? CCTV? Forensics? No. They've covered their tracks. No fingerprints at the site at all. Not even on the detonator,
deliberately left for us to find
