an individual on our system. Frank Adrian Welsh.
Born Dagenham, 7th of June 1978. Did time for armed robbery. Released from prison
three years ago. He's a former member
of English Flag. We believe
he was amongst those members expelled by Agatha Jack. We've established a connection
between him and Nic Roberts. In late 2019, Welsh and Roberts
both attended the same rehabilitation group. Welsh was in the Territorial Army
between 2005 to 2014. His record shows
explosives training. So he fits the profile of the bomb-maker
that we've been looking for
