As the Russian air force
bears down on Duncan, the speedboats are still
out in open water. Buffer Steven Hyland is becoming
increasingly worried. We've got to safeguard the ship, but we've also got to safeguard the
crew that's in the boats. The question of how much fuel
isn't the issue, it's the question of their
sustainability being in the sea boats in these conditions, bearing
