The court case in the Crown Court, the inquest in the Coroner's Court both raised a great
many questions, I think, about the way Janet was cared for while she was in Mill View Hospital. The family brought a civil
action against the NHS trust that runs Mill View Hospital. And that case,
as far as I understand, was settled. The trust issued a very public apology. Measures have been taken since then to make sure that when somebody
is kept there, it is much more secure if they're being detained there
for their own safety. I still can't believe she's there
many questions, I think, about the way Janet was cared for while she was in Mill View Hospital. The family brought a civil
