We decided to put him under surveillance. The reason being, if Wesley was alive,
and he was locked away somewhere, or even if he wasn't alive,
we might get taken to a body. And during the course of that surveillance he was observed getting
some number plates, registration plates made up. He then went to a pharmacist, he bought razor blades and aspirin
