We don't want him out." In the letter, which was a multipage letter, they were saying that Richard Wershe, Jr. was responsible for the downfall of the city of Detroit. Rick Wershe was involved in cases as a juvenile where the witnesses just disappeared. That this kid is so dangerous that he should never be let out of prison. And it was signed by Michael Duggan
