They've spelled some words wrong. "The more I watch you, the more fascinating you become." Could be deliberate. See here? They've spelled "attention" wrong, but remembered to put the "c" in "fascinating." Which, if it is, is someone trying to hide? Or mask their true intelligence. Am I being watched? Or is someone just trying to get to me? "Just do what I say. Next time I'll show you how good I can be." Could have got your address anywhere. This is a "treat me with respect" letter
