different phases of singing on stage, you know, starting out as a small child, singing, you know,
Dolly Parton songs, Anne Murray, more folky kind of country, singing Tammy Wynette, "Stand By Your Man," and then going into my teens, I was singing Pat Benatar
and Heart, belting out "Barracuda." Rock when I was growing up, the men were athletic, and the hair was flying, and there was so much drama, and the women, watching the women of rock beside these men as powerful, as dramatic, as kickass, I always found it
to be very inspiring
