if you're extending, per square metre or square foot? I normally go for
a basic build of about £1,200 a square metre, plus VAT. So, if you're putting kitchens,
all of that kind of stuff on top, then you're looking at maybe 15, 16,
£1,700 a square metre. It depends where you are
in the country. Depends what kind of builder
you work with. So that's purely for basic
foundations and wall and floor. 1,200 is, yeah. OK. Yeah
