The work on Suzanne and Danny's
bungalow is finally complete. This is an exciting one, I feel. Suzanne is very creative
and has a real opinion on what she likes,
she knows exactly what she's into. Is there anything in that design that you would be gutted
if she had gotten rid of? Definitely the shaft of light
as you walk in, with the picture window
overlooking the garden. But I know because I worked
with the builder on just kind of finalising the details
of getting this glass in, so I know it's there
but I am desperate to see how they finished it. The home wasn't designed to meet
the needs of this growing family and, for the past three years, they've been living on top
of each other, always compromising on how to use
the limited space they had
