This is a nice little space. So, this wasn't in your plan? No. Well, the utility was already here
so I kept that where it was. I see. Kind of budget reasons... So, this would be more of a
dining space, but actually, gaining this sitting area is really nice. And when it's sunny,
we get all the sun. It's just such a lovely space. All the light that comes
in from here. Totally. Brings so much light into the room. Yeah. And all the way back, as well.
Yeah. And it will give us so much
ventilation in the summer. You know, you can just open
them with a pole, they open really wide. As this bigger space needed
more support, the kitchen pillar
had to be enlarged. But a structural necessity
has become integral to the design
