It was a mad race to the finish
with this house, and the $70,000 we budgeted for
renovation wasn't quite enough. We ended up spending 76 grand,
which isn't terrible, but it isn't great. But we think the result
of this renovation turned out awesome. And the right buyer
with a strong offer is definitely gonna make up
the difference in spending
