cinder blocks should be covered with stucco. First, we apply a latex bonding
agent evenly over the surface. Then we cover this blue glue
with the stucco mix. It only takes about 1/2 inch applied in two layers,
a scratch coat, and a finish coat to give this
place a smooth, clean facade
