With a week and a half left
in our two-month schedule, we still have lots to do--
like the rest of this kitchen, the bathrooms,
and all of the landscaping. Of the 100 grand we set aside,
we've spent almost half of it. The remaining fixes might
still be within our budget, but getting them done on time
is gonna take a miracle. At this point, it's more about
minimizing our losses by not going too far
past our deadline
