What's the difference between PRO and Creator?
All plans include HD/4K downloads, editing tools, and format conversion. The difference is limits:
- PRO ($5/month): 100 HD/4K clips per day - great for regular content creators
- Creator ($10/month): Unlimited HD/4K clips + bulk ZIP downloads + priority support
Do I get immediate access after subscribing?
Yes! Your PRO features activate immediately after payment confirmation. You can start downloading and editing HD/4K clips right away.
How do daily download limits work?
Your download limit resets daily at midnight UTC. For example, if you have PRO ($5/month) and download 50 clips today, you'll have 50 remaining today and a fresh 100 tomorrow. Unused downloads do not roll over.
What happens if I reach my daily limit?
Once you reach your daily limit, you'll need to wait until the next day for your limit to reset, or you can upgrade to a higher tier for more downloads. You can still browse, search, and stream clips without limits.
What quality are the downloads?
PRO members can download clips in multiple quality levels:
- 4K (2160p): Available on select premium videos
- Full HD (1080p): Available on most videos
- HD (720p): Standard HD quality
Can I download multiple clips at once?
Yes! PRO members have access to bulk download features, allowing you to queue and download multiple clips simultaneously. This saves significant time when working on projects.

How does billing work?
All PRO subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your card will be charged automatically each month on the same day you initially subscribed. You'll receive an email receipt after each payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing - the same payment system trusted by companies like Amazon, Google, and Shopify. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Absolutely. We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor - the highest level of security in the payment industry. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Is VAT included in the price?
The displayed prices ($5, $10, $50) are base prices. VAT (Value Added Tax) will be added at checkout based on your location as required by local tax laws. The final amount will be shown before you confirm payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked and no cancellation fees. After canceling, you'll retain PRO access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll retry the charge and send you an email notification. You'll have a grace period to update your payment method via the "Manage Subscription" link. If payment isn't resolved, your subscription will be canceled, but you can resubscribe at any time.
Do you offer refunds?

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

No file size limits for PRO downloads. Clips can range from a few MB to several hundred MB depending on length and quality (4K files will be larger). Your only limit is the daily download count for your tier.
Can I share downloaded clips?
You can use downloaded clips for personal, educational, or fair use purposes. For commercial use or public distribution, please ensure you have proper rights to the content. PRO subscriptions are for individual use and accounts should not be shared.
